Two new versions of our visitor system: CavVisit 1.4 and 1.5
During the spring, we launched two updates to our visitor management system CavVisit , versions 1.4 and 1.5 . These updates contain several important improvements that make visitor management even smoother, safer and more efficient.
What’s new in CavVisit – the visitor system that evolves with your needs:
Updated two-factor authentication (2FA)
Now in CavVisit’s admin portal and host portal you can choose which users should log in with 2FA and whether one-time codes should be sent via SMS or email.
Assistant booking directly in the host portal
With this feature, users can book visits for one or more other recipients – perfect for receptionists and assistants. You can also choose who gets notifications when visitors arrive.
Extended integration with RCO access control system
CavVisit now has deeper integration with RCO R-CARD M5 , making it possible to check in visitors by scanning their approved access card.
SSG integration for security training
Our visitor system is now integrated with SSG (Standard Solutions Group) . The system can automatically check that visitors have completed the correct security training and transfer SSG card details to, for example, RCO systems.
Improved contract management for NIS2 requirements
CavVisit now supports requirements under the NIS2 directive through advanced contract management. You can require visitors to agree to, for example, a visitor policy or a confidentiality agreement before they are allowed in.
