1. About the service

CavVisit Admin is a web-based IT service in which receptions can manage visitors and related processes, and administrators can manage settings, users, permissions, facilities and sites, visitor flows, integrations and reports.

2. Accessibility status

We aim for CavVisit Admin to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability.
Current status of the service: Partially compliant with the applicable accessibility requirements (in line with WCAG 2.1 level AA) because of the shortcomings described below.

3. Known shortcomings

We are aware of the following accessibility shortcomings that may affect use of the service:

  • Keyboard navigation: Some components (such as dialogue boxes, dropdowns and tables) can be difficult to use with a keyboard alone.

  • Focus indication: The focus indicator may be unclear or missing in some views and components.

  • Contrast and readability: The contrast between text and background may be too low in some cases (for example secondary text, labels and inactive buttons).

  • Headings and structure: Some pages may have shortcomings in heading hierarchy and structure, which affects assistive technologies such as screen readers.

  • Forms and error messages: Some form fields may lack clear labels, descriptions or a programmatic link between the field and its error message.

  • Tables and lists: Large data tables can be difficult to navigate with a screen reader and may lack sufficient semantic markup.

  • Documents and exports: Exported documents (such as PDF and Excel files) may not be fully accessible (tagging, headings, reading order).

  • Third-party content: Some third-party integrations and components may have limited accessibility that we cannot fully control.

4. What we are doing to improve accessibility

We work continuously on improvements and quality assurance. Examples of measures include:

  • Introducing and verifying full keyboard control in key flows (navigation, forms, tables, dialogue boxes).

  • Ensuring clear focus indication and a consistent focus order.

  • Improving contrast levels and visual indicators in line with WCAG 2.1 AA.

  • Improving the semantic structure (headings, landmarks/ARIA, form labels).

  • Improving error handling: clear error messages, help texts and programmatic links for screen readers.

  • Regular internal testing with both automated checks and manual review.

5. How to use the service if you have difficulties

If you cannot use all or part of the service, please contact us and we will help you with an alternative approach or guidance.

Contact for accessibility questions:

  • Email: support@partnersec.se

  • Please write “Accessibility – CavVisit Admin” in the subject line.

  • Describe which page or view you are using, what you were trying to do and which assistive technology or device you use (for example a screen reader or keyboard).

6. Reporting shortcomings

We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you find shortcomings that are not described here, or if you believe we do not meet the requirements, please let us know so that we can put it right.

7. Supervision

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your feedback, you can contact the supervisory authority under the applicable rules on digital accessibility.

8. How we tested the service

The assessment is based on:

  • An internal review of key flows in the administration portal

  • Spot checks of semantics, contrast and keyboard support

  • A review of common components (navigation, forms, table views, dialogue boxes)
