Terms of Purchase
Delivery Time
For orders of items in stock placed before 12:00 PM, delivery typically occurs the following day. For items not in stock, the delivery time will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Customized products
Printed cards are delivered within 5 days after the order is placed or according to request. Laser-engraved products are delivered within 5 days after the order is placed or according to request. For express orders of items in stock, pickup/delivery can be arranged as soon as possible according to request.

Terms of Payment
20 days net after completed credit check or as agreed. After the due date, default interest will be charged at the reference rate plus® 12%. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are per unit unless otherwise stated. Value-added tax (VAT) and shipping costs are additional.
Returns & complaints
Upon approval from PartnerSec, the customer will receive a case number and further instructions for returning the goods. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Never return products without a case number. Goods returned without a case number will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Once PartnerSec has received your returned goods, they will undergo functional testing. The customer will then be informed of the results. Defective items covered by warranty will be replaced with a new, identical, or equivalent product. Functionally tested items found not to be defective will be returned to the customer. Charges will apply for shipping costs and time spent on troubleshooting. Non-defective items must be returned in unmarked original packaging and in original condition including original accessories. No markings should be present on the packaging, and no original accessories should be missing. A handling fee for returns will be deducted from any credit invoice. This fee amounts to 25% of the product’s price, but at least 150 SEK. No return policy applies to personalized/customized products.
Responsibility & Warranty
PartnerSec’s liability towards the customer concerns material and manufacturing defects in the products. PartnerSec remedies all defects resulting from deficiencies in material or manufacturing through replacement. The warranty period for RFID products and accessories is 3 months, and for hardware, it is 12 months. In relation to the customer, PartnerSec shall in no event be liable for costs, losses, loss of income, or other indirect damages caused by delayed, incorrect, or missing delivery of the products.
Reservations
Information provided in our catalogs and on our websites is subject to change regarding product specifications, model variations, etc., which may have occurred after the catalog’s printing. We reserve the right for potential typographical errors. The images in the catalog have been adapted for printing and may therefore differ from the actual product. To validate given warranties and service/maintenance agreements, the customer must purchase all accessories such as plastic cards, laminate, ribbons, and cleaning equipment from PartnerSec AB. This is because there are products on the market that do not meet the required quality standards to maintain the product as promised and may therefore affect the durability of the product. This also applies to sensitive parts in printers such as printing and coding components. Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover wear and tear damages, use of products beyond their expiration date, or if the product has been damaged due to use in a manner other than intended.
